Deadlines for cancellation and no-shows

Team fee is non-refundable

Until 30th June 2026 - 100 % package refund;

Between 01st July and 08th July 2026 - 50 % package refund

After 09th July 2026 - Package will not be refunded.
We have limited availability for each package and also limited rooms available at each hotel. For this reason, we will give priority to teams that send us full payments on time on a "first come, first served" basis.
On the other hand for teams that do not make full payments or payment is made after the deadline, we can not guarantee them the requested package or even a spot in our tournament.
The package price can increase up to 100 € if payments are not made before the payment deadline.
